OUR FOUNDER

As 2020 hit the entire world like a train wreck I was sitting on my couch contemplating how I was going to survive the pandemic without income. My business like many other businesses came to a halt over night, and it just happened that a friend sent me a website asking me if the United States Veterans Chamber of Commerece (USVCC) was something real. Since I literally had nothing better to do I took it upon myself to do some research and find out.

After a week or so of researching the United States Veterans Chamber of Commerece I decided that it was something I wanted to be involved in. I called the number on the website, spoke to one of the founders and the rest like they say is history.

Three weeks in to the pandemic I had a contract to open a chamber in the DFW area. I began calling all of my friends and literally asking them to join my chamber. I have been blessed and very fortunate that they all said yes to call to action. We have never looked back on our endeavor to help our veteran community and patriot supporters  stay in business. It has been the absolute best thing I have ever embarked on in my life.

Cristie is a US Navy Veteran who served as a Marine FMF Corpsman (Medic) during Desert Shield/Storm. She was attached to Marine Air Wing 39 out of Camp Pendleton, CA and deployed to Bahrain with MWSS 373. She received the Fleet Marine Force Ribbon, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, National Defence Service Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal with Globe Anchor and 2 Stars and the Kuwait Liberation Medal during her enlistment. After her Honorable discharge from the military, Cristie obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and her Master’s degree in Fine Art.

She settled in the DFW area with her three girls and has been an avid activist in the veteran community. She is passionate about serving and helping others become their best.
