Blue Cord Farms will be the bridge between the farmers and the industries that make the hemp products. Some industries need short fibers, some need longer fibers, while others need the ground 80 mesh hurd. While individual farmers may be able to handle small orders for fiber, they will not be able to fill larger orders. The hemp industry needs a company that can consistently supply raw hemp of different sizes to manufacturers.

Welcome to the American Legion, Peter J Courcy Post 178, Frisco, Texas website. Post 178 is named for Frisco resident Peter J. Courcy, who was KIA in Afghanistan in 2009. Today, our Frisco American Legion continues to serve our country by serving our community in a multitude of ways. Some of our programs include supporting our veterans through financial assistance, visiting veterans in retirement and rehabilitation facilities, our Color & Honor Guard presenting the colors for events large and small, and fighting for our veterans rights.

The Dallas County Veteran Services Office is an advocate agency established to assist veterans and/or their survivors obtain entitled benefits from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the State of Texas.
Our evidence-based guided meditations can be found in every branch of the Armed Services, at home and abroad, and in over 90 Veterans Affairs Medical Centers nationwide. Our research-tested tools specifically target the issues that service members and Veterans face, including sleep deprivation, chronic pain, PTSD, traumatic brain injury, and injury rehabilitation.

The Veterans Mental Health Department (VMHD) is focused on ensuring access to competent mental health services for service members, veterans, and their families. VMHD accomplishes this task by providing training, certification, and technical assistance across Texas. In addition to connecting veterans in need directly to local services, VMHD also works with partners at the national, state, and local level to address veteran-specific issues including suicide prevention/intervention, veteran homelessness, military cultural competency, peer support services, military-related trauma, women and rural veterans, and justice involvement. Across all programming, VMHD is fortunate to have the broadest definition of veteran regardless of discharge status, branch of services, or having served one day or a career. All services including training, technical assistance, and direct services provided across VMHD programming are offered freely to all who are in need.
The North Texas Military Foundation honors active duty, reserve, and retired military members and veterans through the production of the annual North Texas Military Ball. The ball is underwritten by the generous citizens and corporations of North Texas. All proceeds from the ball fund military and veteran-centric local charities to include Army Emergency Relief, Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society and the Air Force Aid Society.
The mission of Patriot PAWS is to train and provide service dogs of the highest quality at no cost to disabled American veterans and others with mobile disabilities in order to help restore their physical and emotional independence. Patriot PAWS intends to build partnerships with state and community organizations to help develop and support this goal.

Wheelchairs for Warriors provides custom wheelchairs to injured veterans and first responders that are engineered to each recipient’s individual needs and capabilities, allowing for mobility and independence at the highest level possible.
